Dear Vietnamese community members in the United Kingdom,

We are writing to you today at the request of the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Vietnamese Embassy in the United Kingdom.

While our soldiers who are on duty guarding and protecting the sacred land of our homeland have recently received great attention from the Party and the State, they still face many material and spiritual hardships. We are calling on all Vietnamese people in the UK to join us in turning our hearts towards our country and sending our thoughts and prayers to the island soldiers who are day and night guarding the sea of our homeland. Mr. Le Dai Vinh will personally deliver the gifts you send to the soldiers on the remote islands of our homeland. We sincerely thank you for your support!
